WELCOME
We are Rouser Club of the Philippines, Cadiz Elite Chapter, an organized riders whose aim is to ride not only for passion but to promote unity, brotherhood and camaraderie. Cadiz Elite Chapter whose tagline is "We ride to serve" aim to help less fortunate people young and old through our social services and charity programs such as Feeding, Gift giving and Sponsor a child. We assist public events like Marshall and crowd control. We also give assistant to emergencies.
